Ate 3 piece chicken tenders with heinz honey mustard sauce. 3 hours later, very ill. Bones aching, migraine headache, stuffy nose, swollen throat, diahrrea. I became extremely ill after eating yellow onions about 1 week ago...had nausea diarrhea y vomiting...fatigue...headaches...I threw out rest of batch y in a few days I was better until last nite...I got sick again... Had dinner there last night felt okay, until I woke up this morning and haven’t stopped running into the bathroom, been dry heaving, my stomach is cramping and it hurts so bad. Then Woke up with a severe stomach pains and aching. Terrible diarrhea, and have like throwing up ,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

7/16/19 I went with my girlfriend and child. When we got home that night we got very sick with stomach cramps and nausea. That lasted about 3 days now. So I recommend not going there ever again or just that location  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
