Just ordered a Chicken Parm and a cream tortellini. My girlfriend, from the tortellini, pretty quickly started to have green diarrhea. My stomach has been doing all sorts of things until the next day, where I am having diarrhea as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Green Stool
