Ordered Big Mac meal around 4:30pm on Sunday 11/10, around 2 am puking up Big Mac lettuce and onions with chunks of meat. It’s been 24 hours and cannot keep any food down. Very nauseous, also diarrhea this morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a Big Mac on the evening of 6 November 2024. Three hours later I was suffering extreme abdominal pain, with diarrhea and vomiting. I continue to have these symptoms as of 10 November. I had to go to the emergency room this morning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
