Big mac or nuggets I ate around 11 am. Started with constant gas around 12. Continued with irritated stomach around 5:30 my body could nor take it any more and vomited abour half of it.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Gas, Nausea

I had a Big Mac in the afternoon. The next meal I had that day had nothing in it that could’ve poisoned me. The symptoms started when I went to bed around 11pm on March 3rd 2020and have persisted since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

We ate yesterday afternoon (2/27/20) around noon. 3 out of 4 of our family members got sick. One had a Big Mac and fries, the other 2 had cheeseburgers and fries. The 4th family member did not eat with us during that meal, which is how we pinpointed what made us all sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

After eating a big mac and fries, noticed that the burger did not taste like it normally does. Approximately 6hrs later stomach cramps and diahorrea. This has now lasted 3 days and cannot consume food. Visited Saturday 22 February 2020 approximately 2pm. Symptoms not going  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Cramps
