Big Mac meal  Yesterday around 5pm I ate Big Mac meal with fries and a large sprite, I was fine until. 3 AM I woke up with sharp pain and went to the restroom to find out I had Diarrhea, been having it since 3AM.. time now is 10:23 and still feel uncomfortable in stomach. Double big mac Ordered from the drive thru at 9:00 pm. I ordered a double big mac. About 15-20 minutes after eating the sandwich, I began feeling nauseous. Within 30-40 minutes I started vomiting and its lasted nearly 12 hours so far.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Saturday April 11 2020. Big Mac and fries around 6:30pm by 7:30 pm I had severe stomach cramping, diarrhea and vomiting. This continued throughout the night. My wife and I had a Big Mac each at 3pm. She started having excruciating abdominal pain at 10pm along with diarrhea and dizzy spells. 8 am the following day she is admitted to the hospital with infection in her intestines.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Dizziness
