Chicken, lettuce, and mayonnaise have all been linked to Salmonella and E.coli outbreaks. Food poisoning associated with McChickens is often characterized by diarrhea and nausea.

I just got horrible food poisoning from this location yesterday. Bought a McChicken and Cheeseburger around 1:30PM on Nov 24th 2023.
