Yesterday, 10/23- Ordered a nacho bell grande with no meat and two bean burritos. After I was done I kept burping and it smelt like vomit, had serious nausea. Today I woke up and have diahrrea and vomiting. Bad pain in belly.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping

I consumed 2 nacho cheese Doritos tacos and about 30 minutes later started to have intense diahrrea and stomach pain. I am currently on the couch next to my bathroom instead of in bed from running back and forth so much. I fear vomit is next.
