I had a mexican pizza and 2 soft tacos at around 6:00pm. At around 9:00pm I started to feel a headache and stomach ache. In the morning there was just nonstop diarrhea. Every 30 minutes or so I had to use the bathroom which was unusual for me. I knew it had to be the taco bell.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain

My boyfriend and his friend ate at Taco Bell a few weeks ago around 3pm and later that night around 8pm they both where non stop puking and poop themselves. Nothing was helping so we went to the er and 5 hours later and a few thousand dollars later we find out he was diganosed with food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Bought the 12 pack crunchy taco with 3 orders of cinnabun delights. This was shared with my mother, step father and my self on Monday the 13th of Jan. 2014, on Ties the next day we all started with nausea and vomiting with diarrhea following. It is now Thurs. and we are still ill.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
