This was my first time eating at Oscars in Smyrna, TN. I ordered the taco and enchilada combo from this location. Chicken was hard and looked undercooked. Lettuce looked old. I am now recovering from severe food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
