Monday afternoon about 4:30 p.m. purchased Clam Chowder from the Soup Bar. Went home, ate about 6 cashews & the soup. Started stomach cramps about 6 p.m. violently ill all night. Terrible Charlie horse cramps. Chills & fever through last night. Not sure if virus or contaminated food?

Bought Halo Top ice cream Saturday night, 12/15 from Central Market. I shared it with my wife that night and on Sunday morning both of us woke up with nausea and vomiting. We also had a low-grade fever on and off throughout the day.

April 7, 2018 purchased Chili and Mediterranean fare from deli: falafel, cous cous, hummus, greek yogurt dip, tabouli. Something made me and my boyfriend ill with nausea, cramping , etc.

On Saturday 3/31 the only food I ate & my husband didn’t was from from Central Market (prepared green Chile chicken soup & some fresh P&D shrimp I brought home & immediately cooked). At 5:00 a.m. on Sunday 4/1 I got food poisoning & he didn’t. Vomiting & diarrhea. Nasty stuff.
