Ate a burrito bowl; Carnitas, pinto beans, white rice, sour cream, cheese. Became very nauseated 6 hours after. Vomiting and all other systems started at hour 7.

I had the chicken tacos with sour cream corn lettuce mild salsa and rice at about 2pm on Sunday 10-5-18 and I started having symptoms on the same day at 5pm. It was the only thing I ate the entire day couldnt eat anything for the next 2 days I lost 7 pounds because of this.

Ate there Wednesday 6/27. Became horrifically ill within 5 hours with typical food poisoning symptoms. Primary symptoms lasted 24 hours with some plenty of feeling rotten as I recovered.

3/19 almoço. Frango, arroz branco, feijão, pimentão, pico de gallo, milho, creme de leite, queijo, alface, tortilha ao lado. Comeu metade, doente dentro de 10 a 15 minutos. Dor de estômago durante o resto do dia.
