ontem, aqui, eu e meu pai fomos aqui e nós dois ficamos muito, muito doentes depois de comer burritos de frango e batatas fritas e guacamole

Comeu chipotle no domingo, 30 de julho, por volta do meio-dia. Comeu um burrito vegetariano com feijão preto, arroz branco, guac, queijo, creme de leite, salsa quente e molho de milho. Começou a ter cólicas estomacais naquela noite. No dia seguinte teve diarreia grave com vômitos e calafrios começando por volta das 15h.

Daughter ate veggie tacos with cheese and sour cream. She was only one who had veggies and sour cream. No symptoms previously until eating here. Stomach is very upset and she is nauseous just waiting to vomit.
