7 月 30 日星期日中午左右吃了 chipotle。用黑豆、白米饭、guac、奶酪、酸奶油、热莎莎和玉米莎莎一起吃了素食卷饼。那天晚上开始出现胃痉挛。第二天下午 3 点左右开始出现严重的腹泻，伴有呕吐和发冷。

Daughter ate veggie tacos with cheese and sour cream. She was only one who had veggies and sour cream. No symptoms previously until eating here. Stomach is very upset and she is nauseous just waiting to vomit.
