Had chipotle on Sunday July 30th around noon. Ate a veggie burrito with black beans, white rice, guac, cheese, sour cream, hot salsa and corn salsa. Started having stomach cramps that night. Next day had severe diarrhea with vomiting and chills starting around 3:00pm.

Daughter ate veggie tacos with cheese and sour cream. She was only one who had veggies and sour cream. No symptoms previously until eating here. Stomach is very upset and she is nauseous just waiting to vomit.
