Had chipotle on Sunday July 30th around noon. Ate a veggie burrito with black beans, white rice, guac, cheese, sour cream, hot salsa and corn salsa. Started having stomach cramps that night. Next day had severe diarrhea with vomiting and chills starting around 3:00pm. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
