Ordered a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, sautéed veggies and cheeseI also ate guacamole with chips and the green med salsa on the side. I was the only one in my family that ordered green salsa, and the only one to get sick. I ate the burrito bowl around 3:00 p.m. and the guacamole and chip with the green salsa at about 8:00 p.m. I woke up at 2:30am violently vomiting, stomach cramping and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
