- comments: observed inadequate hot water at handsink in meat counter area and meat prep area. Instructed person in charge hot water must be maintained at 100f at all handsinks at all times. Hot water observed at 60f. Priority violation #7-38-030. Citation issued. Hot water restored at time of inspecton.

- comments: observed no ambient air thermometer at hold units in hot food prep area (rotisserie cabinet and pizza cabinet). Instructed person in charge to provide and maintain ambient air thermometer.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed build up of dust/ice on condenser unit fans in walk in coolers. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain.
