Os sintomas começaram 5-6 horas depois. Acordei com uma terrível dor de estômago. Suando. Calafrios. Diarréia e vômito 30 minutos depois. Pensei que eu estava morrendo.

I ate Panera bread at 2 in the afternoon on October 29th. It was the only thing I had eaten that day. I began feeling nauseous around 4/5.
