Tuna  I had the tuna tataki salad (which I always get) and within minutes my face and lips were numb. I got a chicken and rice bowl from here this afternoon and ate it when I got home. I got half way through and then didn’t feel great. I started vomiting uncontrollably and then had diarrhea.
