I got a chicken and rice bowl from here this afternoon and ate it when I got home. I got half way through and then didn’t feel great. I started vomiting uncontrollably and then had diarrhea. Ordered around 3, got a 6" turkey breast on white bread with mayo, pickles, shredded cheese, onion and tomato along with a fountain Diet Coke. Dizziness and disorientation started after 1 hour or so, and then extreme fatigue, nausea, and upset stomach.
