She ate a nacho Bell Grande and woke up I'm the middle of the night throwing up with diarrhea, The symptoms happened 7 hours after ingesting the food. I had a salad with brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, and cheese at 11:40 am on Monday, February 11th. At approximately 8:30 pm that night became violently ill - stomach cramps, diarrhea, extreme vomiting.
