At 8pm I ate a sandwich that had turkey salami and spinach on it along with a couple other vegetables. At approximately 10pm my stomach started to cramp and I then threw up for about 2 hours. Eu comi um hambúrguer de Turquia por volta da 1:00. Às 3:30 meu estômago começou a doer, às 7:30 eu senti tonturas e náuseas. Às 8:30 eu estava vomitando com diarréia.
