Last week on Tuesday I ate a sandwich with Turkey and 3 hours after I finished I was vomitting uncontrollably and had diarrhea. So bad I had to go to the hospital. Not to mention the owner was EXTREMELY rude to me.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée

My wife was the only member of a party of nine that had a hamburger at Mcmenamins Cornelius pass.
Shes now vomiting after about four hours later
And it looks like small worms in here vomit
Only my wife out of nine people

At 8pm I ate a sandwich that had turkey salami and spinach on it along with a couple other vegetables. At approximately 10pm my stomach started to cramp and I then threw up for about 2 hours.
