Son ate 2 McDoubles and a Oreo McFlurry Food was ordered in early evening hours. Only 1 person ate the food. Person woke up feeling sick around 4 AM and has been throwing up throughout the day. Fever and diarrhea started around 2PM. Can not hold down fluids or medicine.
Around 4AM  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a burger with no pickles. As I have an allergy and vinegar can cause me issues. I took a bite and consumed a pickle. Leaving me in anaphylactic shock. Epi pen was administered and a trip to the hospital  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

My friend and I ate burgers at around 1pm and started feeling nauseous and developed a fever at around midnight, fever lasted 2 days and diarrhoea started at the end of the second day and is still going on.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Fever
