My sister orders Macdonald online. I eat the burger as I was drinking the coke I saw some dirty things in my straw, I stopped drinking at 3 am in the morning of 23 October 2024 I had running time and I started vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

Got a Quarter Pounder w/ cheese, my digestive system was on fire. Diarrhea, made my hemorrhoids explode. Heartburn was horrible.
