I ate a quarterpounder and fries at 4pm on Thursday April 19th. Got super sick about an hour later. It was the only thing I ate since the morning. i was vomiting with diarrhea for the next day and a half.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
