Had the canadian breakfast. I suspect the tomatos were contaminated but im uncertain. I didnt eat anything else that day and was vomitting for the rest of the day. Stomach pains the day after and its been a week now and i still have stomach pains on and off especially when i eat  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

So I bought the mama Burger and for three hours felt sick and had a pain in my stomach it felt like a period cramp but it wasn't so than I felt like fainting and I was shaking a lot. But now I feel better  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Shaking

Ate a Grandpa burger that tasted a bit odd (thought they'd used soy sauce as flavouring, tasted like cooked soy sauce) and I'm still, 5 days later, I'm still sick and unable to work due to the massive bloating, cramps, nausea and diarrhea. Thanks A&W, never again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating
