Got a fiery royal chicken wrap around 11:20am on 3/26/25. Few hours later started feeling sick, 6:30pm had throwing up, diarrhea, felt really warm and dizzy. The only other thing I’d eaten was some instant noodles at around 4:30pm, so had to be the wrap.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
