I bought two chicken salad with balsamic dressing on March 27 2018 around 11 am. That night I was up all night with diarrhea and vomiting. This is day 4 of diarrhea. Still slowly being able eat yet. I lost 8 pounds of water in two days due to diarrhea. Have been very dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
