Within the hour of eating 2 bowls I had full blown diarrhea with cramps. Severe headache came 24 hours later. Symptoms lasted 3 days. My husband had only 2 handfuls and within the hour had diarrhea episode.

Yesterday I got bad stomach cramps and then diarrhea from eating Lucky charms. Today it was another general mill product Cherios Oat crunch cinnimon flavor. In the past, Honey Nut Cherios have done the same thing.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
