Ordered chicken soup and fries on November 15th and felt nauseous immediately. Threw up the next day and couldn’t keep anything down. The day after I had diarrhea every hour for over 24 hours. I almost had to go to the ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I order a number 1 which is the chicken sandwich and fries that was all i had within 4 hours i was vomiting and diarrhea this happened 11-16-22 i purchased my food around 6 pm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had lunch at here (spicy chicken sandwich) and within 30 minutes I was vomiting. I had severe cramping and diarrhea for the next 4-5 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
