I ate a Grilled chicken meal 1 hour after eating I became ill. Headache, nausea and diarrhea. After 3 days of not feeling better I ran a fever. Went to the hospital to get checked and tested positive for E.Coli.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache

This was my first and only middle of the day I ordered spicy deluxe with a large fry and a Sunjoy not too long after I threw everything up in my stomach has been in pain since I went to the ER.
