Ate Mac and cheese, diet lemonade, and a deluxe chicken sandwich at 8:30 pm yesterday. Lettuce on sandwich had large black blotches. Discarded lettuce and still a sandwich. Woke up with food poisoning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

Ordered a medium mac n cheese and roughly 2.5 hours later threw up violently at work and was sent home. Then proceeded to throw up and have diarrhea until midnight. One of the worst illnesses I think I’ve ever gotten. Thanks Chick-fil-A  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

Ordered Chick-fil-A yesterday morning for my wife, daughter, and me. I noticed one of my chicken patties was undercooked and the nugget apart from tasting a little odd were fine at a glance. Fast forward about 5-6 hours we all became violently sick and it's still ongoing.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
