11:30 am on Saturday, april 8th 2017 i got chicken nugget happy meals for my kids, 3 out of 4 of them are now sick. Symptoms started with vomiting last night through this morning and diarrhea. 2 of 3 sick kids have a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

I got the breakfast sandwich, #5, and i threw up 6 times in 4 and a half hours, and also had to go to the Emergency Room for it as well. I am now almost fully recovered 3 days later, making this my worst case of food poisoning ever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
