I had the spicy chicken sandwich meal at 2:30pm. At 10:30pm I started have fever, nausea and watery mouth. At 11:00pm vomiting began along with diarrhea. This was the only meal I consumed all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ordered the southwest chicken salad with lime avocado ranch dressing. As soon as I finished the salad, my stomach started hurting really badly then I had to use the bathroom (in there for a while). I'm know I'll be back in the bathroom soon enough.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
