On June 22 my daughter ate at Chic-fil-A on Hamilton blvd. It was a DoorDash order she ate all her food and several hours later she was sick. She was throwing up, diarrhea, headache, chills and stomach's pains Went to the hospital for treatment as she was severely dehydrated  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

Went to the chick-fil-a at wem with my friends, had the spicy chicken tenders. Later that night I got severe stomach cramps and pains, and three days later now I'm still experiencing those stomach pains, cramps, and diarrhea. And vertigo too. I have a diploma.
