I ate a burrito bowl around 7pm. I woke up this morning and instantly began puking more than 5 times. All day I have had the body aches and chills. Because of this I missed work today and possibly tomorrow.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache

I had Chipotle and about 1 hour later i was getting mild stomach pains, 4 hours later, and i was unable to sleep for the pains worsened...Finally, i spent about 3 hours crying on the bathroom floor puking and shitting profusely. So yea, screw Chipotle, i will not be returning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Stomach pain for about 36 hours now. Had a burrito Saturday at about noon. This was the only meal I had without other family members over the weekend so I am quite certain this is the source. Reported to Health Dept.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
