Had a vegan bowl with beans, rice, guacamole, pico de Gallo and lettuce. 30 min after eating was severely nauseous and lightheaded. This morning I have severe cramping in my stomach that has not gone away at all along with diarrhea

Chicken burrito bowl with pinto beans, white rice, green salsa, cheese and sour cream. Chips and queso. Bought around 1:00-2:00pm yesterday. Ate half then and the other half for lunch today. The sour cream was on the side and everything was refrigerated immediately after eating until reheated today.
