We are a military family visiting the place on Thursday April 7th. We decided to eat at this place. I had a steak, cilantro rice, guacamole and lettuce with corn. That night my stomach was bloated. On Friday I awoke with stomach bubbles and feeling sick. Unable to eat all day ,but pushing fluids to stay hydrated. By the evening I was severely sweating, weak with body aches and vomiting over 7times. I called my Doctor's office who told me it maybe Covid to stay home and self treat. I spent the entire weekend in bed with diarrhea, vomiting, fever of 101.9- 102.4. I ended up on Pedialyte, applesauce and water all entire weekend. On Monday 8/11/22 I ended up going in for a PCR Sars Covid test which came back negative. Now thinking back, we should have never eaten at Chipotle. Thr restaurant was dirty, no forks or spoon, the tables were all dirty and napkins on the floor. This should have been a red flag. You think! Instead we cleaned off the table where we sat and stayed in our lane. The staff was rude and felt very rushed. I called and spoke to Raquel who stated she was the manager and informed her of my foodbourne illness from there. She took my name and number and would have someone from corporate call me.? To date no phone calls. I need to report this because this was so awful I'm still experiencing stomach cramps and diarrhea. Today is April 13,2022 and still suffering with this. These restaurant need to be held accountable and clean up their food practices to make it safe for consumers of their food. I have never in my life experience this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Fever, Cramps, Sweating, Body Ache, Weakness, Bloating
