Chicken burrito bowl with pinto beans, white rice, green salsa, cheese and sour cream. Chips and queso. Bought around 1:00-2:00pm yesterday. Ate half then and the other half for lunch today. The sour cream was on the side and everything was refrigerated immediately after eating until reheated today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
