3 hours ago Cicis Buffet: possibly either the pizza, cinnamon rolls, Oreo pizza, or the lemonade. My Wife ate with me, she showed the same symptoms 6 hours later. We had reason to suspect the spinach and white sauce pizza or the deep dish pepperoni as they seemed slightly cold.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Chills
