We purchased a rotisserie chicken on 06/03/2018 from Costco. My roommate and I became very, very ill from the chicken about 6 hours after eating it with severe diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea and a low grade fever. Management needs to check these chickens.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Bought rack of lamb at Kona Costco, cooked it within 3 days (expiration wasn't for 3 weeks). Next morning quite ill w/diarrhea for hours, and now still have headache, ashiness, total fatigue. Didn't eat anything else with the lamb...so had to be that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Fatigue

We had bought organic strawberries at Costco on 6/15/2018 .My two children had ate strawberries in the afternoon by night they were crying there stomach was hurting .My 1 year old had Diarrhea about an later he started vomiting . Then about an hour later my 4 year old started vomiting .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
