I ordered some food. Woke up about 3 in the morning with the worst pain ever. I couldn't go back to sleep, I had severe diarrhea, and vomiting. This is day 3, and I am still in pain. My kidneys hurt now!!!!!!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
