I ate dominos pizza for dinner and within two hours I was sick. I have never felt this violently ill in my life. Not the first time I've been sick after eating their food, but I can assure it will be the last. Never ordering their food again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate on March 29th around noon, my fiancé and I ordered a chicken pizza and a sprite. An hour or so later I began to have diarrhea and threw up. This continued from 1:00pm-11:30 pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ordered 4 pizzas for my kids birthday party. I got a small Buffalo chicken for myself. I was the only one who ate it. Have been feverish, had diareah and puked since. Thanks Dominos!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
