Yesterday , I got incredibly sick with loose diarrhea and vomiting for 12+ hours after eating a PLAIN pan pizza. It was the only thing I had eaten at that point and still have pains a day later that I had to call out of work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
