Tuesday, Pizza My boyfriend ordered pizza for me and my children. He lives in a different household. He ordered for him aswell. Different orders and pizza's. Vomiting three hours after eating pizza rolls with herbal remoulade, severe stomach cramps since then and diarrhea after two days. No one else is ill — just the person who ate this herbal remoulade. This indicates food poisoning instead of a gastrointestinal infection.

Now, Vegan pepperoni pizza from here. Exactly the same 1 week ago. I has exactly the same symptoms 1 week ago for the same pizza. No one else affected as the didn't need vegan.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
