My wife bought some lucky charms for the kids so naturally I started in on them and later that evening had diarrhea and stomach issues reminded prevented for almost 7 days. Had to go to Doctors to figure out the issue.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I have not eaten Lucky Charms in over 15 years due to the cereal bringing on severe stomach aches, nausea, and diarrhea. I figured it was maybe just the sugar, but Frosted Flakes from Kellogg's only has 1g less sugar and I do not feel any of these symptoms while eating that.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

General Mills. My three year old daughter ate the lucky charms out of her oatmeal on Friday, April 15, 2022 and had an upset stomach later that night. She ended up vomiting (a lot) until about 2am the following day. She also experienced persistent diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
