5/21/23 not entirely sure. I got sick about 45 minutes after eating some Hershey's nuggets I also had lunch at Mr. Baja in Casa Grande, AZ on cottonwood ln. I ordered the fish tacos and had rice and beans with it. The beans were burnt so I only had a few bites and the rice seemed okay.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
