Bought plant meatballs from ikea, my partner and I got very sick the next day.

This was the only meal we had together.

I had Swedish meatballs yesterday around 1PM. At 5PM, I started having stomach pain, diarrhea started shortly after that. A couple of hours later I was vomiting. After a night of uneasy sleep I now have temperature and headaches.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache

Around 18:30 in the restaurant, yeast dumplings with vanilla sauce, had probably been standing for a long time, the yeast dumplings were gummy.
