Oct 21 IKEA Alexandra - had dinner there. My son and I had dinner at IKEA Alexandra. On the same night I had diarrhoea 3 times. My son woke up ard 6am next morning and threw up 3-4 times. He also developed a fever of 38.6 degrees. Fever continued today  | Symptoms: Fever

Food was awful today meatballs tasted microwaved. my 6 yr old daughter had fish finger, chips and peas, not that she ate it all as the chips looked horrible however she ate the fish, 2 and half hours later she has tummy cramps and is vomiting. Not somewhere I will revisit  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Had dinner with my husband on Sunday night. Woke up on Monday morning with explosive watery diarrhea at 7.15am. Vomited at 8.30am and 11.15am. Had fever 38.5 degree. Continued by watery diarrhea every few hours till Tuesday morning. Husband also started vomiting and had diarrhea on Monday night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
